Our product offering provides clients with fully customizable and scalable solutions able to meet the needs and budget of any food service operation.
The successful candidate will execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify their needs and sell appropriate product(s) to meet those needs.

| Duties: | Description:
Constructs Territory Sales Plan with opportunities sufficient to meet or exceed quota expectation
Determines and defines prospective customers� buying criteria (WITY)
Determines resources necessary to effectively sell each new Sales opportunity
Manages selling process for each deal (WITY through account opening)
Calls prospective customers and establishes buying cycles, customer needs and creates a customer-supplier relationship
Cold Calls / Direct Marketing for selling prospects
Makes presentations and demonstrates software features to existing and prospective customers
Keeps current Sales and Marketing data base (Net Suite, etc.)
Accurately �Forecasts� proposed business/ sales pipeline (funnel)
Secures and places orders taking into consideration delivery dates and lead time for implementation
Schedules regular meetings/ conference calls to strategize and update for each selling prospect
Works with Director K12 Sales on large district prospects.
Communicates regularly with Director K12 Sales on all issues pertinent to effective territory management.

| Qualifications: | Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related
area (preferred)
Experience in software or food management channels
Familiarity with K-12 school environment
Sales/customer service experience
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Strong Administrative Management skills
Strong customer orientation to include negotiation and closing techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
Strong analytical and judgment skills
Team environment orientation
Computer proficient
Ability to travel 50-80%.
The successful candidate must reside within the territory. |
